Freight Broker
Our freight broker positions are a salaried, W2, base + bonus opportunity with full benefits including employer paid health care, matching 401k, and we do not make you sign a non compete. We have in office positions available in our Medford OR office or enjoy the freedom and flexibility of working from home anywhere the United States.
You can also earn a monthly bonus of up to 25% with no cap on total net earnings and no territory restrictions or non-competes to sign.
We don’t believe in non-compete clauses for our agents. The reason is simple. It’s not fair to either our customers or our employees.
For the customer: If you are a customer of American Freight Inc. and you love one of our agents, work very well with them and they decide to go elsewhere, you should have the option to follow them. That should be your choice. Not ours.
For our employee: We don’t think we have any right to restrict how or where you make a living.
Our security: We believe in our company policies and ethics so much. We think the customers will stay with the company and the new agent we appoint to that account for them. Relationships are very important on both sides. However, we don’t burn either side.
Qualified candidates will ideally have 2 years industry experience, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills and have a strong desire to succeed. For application and additional qualifications.

1099 Contractors
Freight agents enjoy the freedom and flexibility of working from home and are located all throughout the United States. Our 1099 contractors on 100% commission. American Freight Inc. offers one of the industry’s highest payouts of up to 65%.
You’ll have the advantage of our ‘A+’ credit rating and high industry reputation while benefitting from all of the software and back-office support an in-house broker would receive.
